Guy Fieri’s New Sauces + a Baked Chicken Fingers Recipe to go along!

It’s sauce heaven over here!!!! Guy Fieri is one of the coolest (and hottest!) 😉 chefs on The Food Network. I love his personality (who doesn’t?!) and of course his killer food!!! When I had the chance to try his new sauce I almost fell off my chair with excitement!! Enough chatting, let’s get down to the details you want to hear about….the sauces include:
Bourbon Brown Sugar: Sweet brown sugar, spicy black pepper…goes great with anything! It has a really thick consistency, so it’s also perfect as a dipping sauce, which I used it for today.
Carolina#6: Tangy, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and a touch of cayenne. I like this on pork.
Pacific Rim: Sweet ginger, chile, sesame and soy sauce. Amazing in a shrimp or chicken stir fry!!!
Kansas City: Molasses, apple cider vinegar, black pepper..makes chicken taste like it’s been slowly marinated and cooked!!

You’ll Need:
1 lb, boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
1 egg, lightly beaten
1C Panko Bread Crumbs
Garlic Powder, 1 pinch
Salt, 1 pinch

Make It:
1. Preheat your oven to 400*F. Place the beaten egg in one dish and the panko in another. Dip a chicken strip into the egg first. Than dip the strip into the panko.
2. Grab a baking sheet and place a wire cookie sheet on top of it (you don’t have to do this, but it helps the chicken cook more evenly). Place the chicken on the sheet, sprinkle with a pinch of garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
3. Bake the chicken for 10 minutes at 400*F. Increase the heat to 450*F and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
4. Serve right out of the oven with Guy’s Bourbon Brown Sugar Sauce. Yummy!!!!
