You will need:
1/2C shredded coconut
3/4C espresso (or very strong “turbo” coffee!!)
1C skim milk
1/3C chocolate syrup (use the good stuff!)
2C ice
Whipped Cream, for garnish
Make It:
1. Toast your coconut under the “broiler” setting of your oven for about 5 minutes. Watch it so it doesn’t burn, it will do so very quickly! Than let it cool.
2. In a blender, combine espresso, milk, half of the toasted coconut the chocolate syrup and if you think it needs it…a little pinch of sugar. Blend for about 20 seconds. Add ice and blend for another 20 seconds.
3. Pour into a glass lined with chocolate syrup. Top with whipped cream, the rest of your toasted coconut and a generous drizzle of chocolate syrup! 🙂
