Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

You’ll Need:
2C Bisquick Biscuit Mix
4T cold butter
1C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4C cold milk
¼ tsp garlic powder

Topping (for brushing afterwards):
2T melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried parsley
salt, pinch

Make It:
1. Preheat oven to 400*F.

2. Combine cold butter with bisquick using a pastry cutter. Add cheese, milk and ¼ tsp garlic. Mix well (I use my hands – don’t be scared)!

3. Drop about 1/4C portions onto a baking sheet (I use an ice cream scooper to make it easy). Bake around 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown on top.

4. Brush finished biscuits with your butter, garlic powder and parsley mixture.
