Elyssia Wassung and her Mom started this sexy, colorful chocolate company with passion and a strong entrepreneurial sense of dedication. They’re based out of South River, NJ and even host classes on how to make chocolate (though I could never come close to making it like them!) You can check out their website and find several things you will fall in love with, but here are my top favorites:

– Coffee Caramel
– Champagne Ganache
– Custom Bar: dark chocolate base, hazelnuts and coconut.
They also do custom parties (chocolate fountains, tastings & happy hours)!
