Fresh Diet: weight loss day#3


Caprese Omelet with fresh mozarella, basil pesto, tomato and whole wheat toast.


Grilled Skirt Steak and Nopalitos salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and a cilantro lime vinaigrette.


Baked falafel with a yogurt-tahini sauce.


Chocolate creme brulee pave (I felt like this came from the pastry kitchen @ The Four Seasons, satisfied my chocolate cravings!)

Day#3 = done and I’m feeling fabulous!!! 🙂
