Fresh Diet Day #5


Pineapple stuffed french toast, blueberry cottage cheese, turkey bacon.


Barley sala with canellini beans, peppers, celery. Everyone in the office ordered pizza but I was full from breakfast, this salad and lots of water. Plus, I’ve been feeling so great eating snaller portions…why ruin what I’ve started??


Lamb meatballs with mediterranean flavors, sauteed spinach, asparugus.


Broccolini with roasted pears and pine nuts.


Pineapple upside down cake. One of my favs! Loaded with extra pineapple. Didn’t even need a fork for this one!
