Apple & fig stuffed French Toast with turkey bacon. I can’t believe this was even ‘diet’ food…very filling and satisfying for a Saturday breakfast.
Chicken and lettuce on whole wheat with fresh guacamole. I can’t get enough guacamole in my life!!! The dinner waa grilled salmon, I think I chose that on oneof the first few days too…it’s filling, loaded with omegas, a favorite diet option.
Dessert – chocolate pave cake!
