Apples are everywhere this time of year and I’ve been experimenting alot of different recipes. This quick dessert requires minimal ingredients and it’s low on calories and sugar.

You’ll Need:
4 apples, diced (I used Gala)
2C Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Cinnamon, a few pinches (to taste)
Nutmeg, a pinch
3T raw sugar
1T butter

Make It:
Preheat oven broiler. Melt the butter on medium. Add the diced apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook until apples are slightly soft. Divide in ramekins and let cool in the fridge for 30 mins.

Remove from fridge, top with yogurt. Sprinkle each with raw sugar. Broil until the sugar lightly caramelizes (not burns, lol). Remove, cool a few minutes and enjoy. Yum!! A high protein, healthy way to eat an apple dessert. Xoxo
