Mango Chia Pudding Smoothie Bowl

  

There are tons of smoothie bowls with obscure ingredients and a million steps. This is breakfast…so I like to keep it as SIMPLE and energizing as possible!

 

YOU’LL NEED:

1 1/2C mango, frozen

1/2C pineapple, frozen

1/4C raspberries

1/4C blueberries

1/2 a banana

1/2c coconut milk

4T chia seeds (I use Salba Chia Seeds)

1tsp vanilla extract

MAKE IT:

1:::In a blender, combine the coconut milk, frozen mango and frozen pineapple. Scoop into a bowl. Stir in the chia seeds and vanilla extract. Let sit a few minutes to “gel.”

3:::Garnish the bowl (in striped layers) with the raspberries, banana and blueberries. Feel free to add almonds or granola for extra crunch.
