I’m sick of winter! Bring on pastels and florals! When browsing for floral shirts, I stumbled upon GoJane‘s floral decor Surplice blouse. I love the material and pattern:

The color goes on silky smooth and sets to a lightweight powder finish. It provides easy-to-blend medium-sheer coverage with just a hint of shimmer.
