Pineapple salsa. Tacos. Margaritas. Warm weather. Some things just complement each other perfectly. Tired of the same old chili and cumin taco base, I switched it up with an Asian infused twist.
Pineapple salsa, recipe here
Ground beef, organic
1/4C olive oil
1 1/2T brown sugar
1T soy sauce
5 garlic cloves, minced
1T fresh ginger, minced
1- Cook ground beef until no longer pink.
2- In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Pour over cooked beef. Add S&P, to taste.
3-Build your tacos! Ground beef, tons of pineapple salsa and enjoy!
PS- Don’t forget to make chips with any leftover tortillas!!!
