Goodbeing Box – March 2018

Good Being allows you to complete a quiz before receiving your natural box to assist them with the best customized curation matched to your likes. I selected yes to lots of skincare / wellness items (my favorite genre) and a little mix of this and that when it comes to beauty, focusing in on foundation as a top favorite. Much to my surprise, there were a few indie brands in here that I have NEVER used before. The biggest surprise was the Kat Voss Shimmer…obsessed. Considering the hype for Tati’s Halo Beauty, I’ve been going back / forth debating if I should spend the $40 on them, so when I received hair / skin / nail vitamins in this box…problem solved. I’ll try these first and see what my results are. Here’s the full scoop on the March Box:

{Kat Voss Shimmer}: Whimsical blend of grapeseed oil, avocado butter, shea butter + 24K gold mica.

{Mattifying Priming Lotion}: Velvety, matte finish. Plant extract, clay and witch hazel to reduce pore size (check please!) but non-drying. I use a BB cream over this, smack on a little concealer and go.

{Shea Radiance Cleanser} Their products use the highest concentration of shea butter, the black soap aids in detoxifying. Better yet?! Their company creates an economic opportunity for over 16 million women picking and processing shea nuts to care for their families. I had to reread that several times. 16. MILLION.

{Bella Pierre Mineral Foundation}: Only four natural ingredients: mica, zinc oxide, iron oxide and titanium dioxide. Very blendable and provides SPF 15 coverage.

{New Chapter Hair Skin & Nail Vitamins}: Axtasanthin, biotin and herbs. Biotin products have made me break out a little in the past, so I’m really curious to see the results after using this for 30 days. I’m hopeful because my hair is fried and falling out. We’ll get to that in a later post, where I’m trying a few different fixes (keratin, drying with a diffuser, hair loss products, etc. to see what works). I’ll add these vitamins into the mix. Stay tuned for the results.
