What was life before essential oils?! Gone are the days of Febreeze and chemical-infused cleaning products. I keep essential oils in stock at all times. My latest find?! Vitruvi. Vitruvi was founded by siblings Sean and Sara Panton, truly a family company. The first collections were built from their apartment, where they hand-filled and hand-parcelled every single order. Growing in this way meant that the inspiration for vitruvi products came from close connections to their customers and community. I was drawn in by their clean designs and dynamic scents. {Sleep Mist} .a warm, powdery scent with hints of lavender, chamomile and frankincense. It naturally helps to relax the body and mind. Keep it on your nightstand or take it with you travelling so you can fall asleep to the same scent every night. Just mist your face (or pillows), take a deep breath and drift off into dreamland. They also sell a roll on version. In addition to lavender and frankincense, this also includes Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, and Vetiver essential oils
{Dusk Oil} . touted as smelling like warm air and eucalyptus leaves, this is a blend of Ho Wood, Frankincense, Eucalyptus, Lavender. So peaceful and comforting.
{Lavender Oil} . soothing. antibacterial. anti-inflammatory. tried and true signature spa scent.
{Frankincense Oil} . woodsy and grounding. known in the aromatherapy world for helping to relieve chronic stress and anxiety, reducing pain and inflammation, and boosting immunity
.Time for yourself is rare. Try to carve out time to exercise and meditate daily to sweat, re-centre, and get present to what truly matters. Creating a sacred routine for bedtime and incorporating Vitruvi is a fantastic start to wellness.
