The BEST 4th of July Recipes on the Internet

I don’t have as much time (or patience) to write recipes these days, but I ALWAYS make time to cook/bake! An forever curator of  food, and slightly Pinterest obsessed I’ve collected some of my favorite recipes for this July 4th (and you can also make them the entire summer). I’ve tried and tested them MORE than twice so you know they are 10/10, I’m the friend that will never steer you wrong with a good recipe suggestion 😉 Here’s what I’ve tried so far this summer on repeat and I am LOVING:

Simple Antipasto Plate from About a Mom

Cajun Chicken Burger::: Happy, Hungry, Healthy

All American Potato Salad::: Jessica Gavin – so simple but this is how I ALWAYS made it growing up!!!! A classic…

20 Hot Dog Toppings from Miami Rose

Grilled Salmon w/ Avocado Mango Salsa::: Cooking Classy
Grilled Halibut w/ Tomato Avocado Salsa::: Foodie Crush
Mojo Beef Burgers::: Striped Spatula
Chimichurri Steak Tacos::: Pinch of Yum
Crispy Smashed Pesto Garlic Potatoes::: Minimalist Baker
Summer Corn Zucchini Chowder::: Little Broken
Fresh Citrus Salad::: Lemon Blossoms
Bacon & Pea Pasta Salad::: Carla’s Bad Cravings
Sparkling Watermelon Lemonade::: No Biggie
Pineapple Peach Agua Fresca::: How Sweet Eats
Strawberry Banana Mango Lava Flow::: a beautiful plate
Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp::: Cooking Classy

And last but not least, you can’t celebrate July 4th without watermelon! Check out these simple watermelon sorbet sandwiches from my buddy Jeanette:

Jeanette’s Watermelon Sandwiches – Rachael Ray

She is basically my go-to person for all things watermelon! Have a Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸
