Ginger pancakes with turkey sausage and citrus. The pancakes were very filling!

Thai steak salad. A diet where I can still eat steak is fantastic! The dressing was phenomenal and I need to make this for dinner one night!

Squash with pepitas, the squash was sweet and cooked to perfection. One of my favorite snacks on the plan.

Salmon with smashed broccoli! What an awesome alternative to mashed potatoes.

Dark chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce. Not the most elegant food photography but this cured my daily chocolate craving. Those of you that know me by now, understand I am the biggest chocolate addict & critic 😉
